City government ethics

I wonder how much the local newspaper will follow Alderman Havermale's ethics proposal?

More importantly, will the Council act? My bet is they will not.
The excuses will be interesting. We deserve far better.

They need some new Aldermen/Women...Too many have been on too long and then there's a couple who talk to hear their own voice...Should only allow 2 terms...
